Use of Soybean Oil to Reduce Wrinkles

Soybean oil contains an antioxidant called coenzyme Q10, which can penetrate the skin, when its molecules break down into smaller sizes. CoQ10 has been known to reverse wrinkles and damage caused due to exposure to sun after 3 months of use.

Soybean oil, though not as effective when used individually, is effective when used on the areas affected by wrinkles. The results are only 30% reversal but visible nonetheless. Soybean oil is also used as a moisturizer. The presence of CoQ10 in soybean oil is less. Rather than using it as a base for homemade cream, it is better to use soybean oil individually.

How to Avoid Wrinkles?

The facial skin is the first to be affected when it starts aging. You cannot stop aging but with some precautions and using some choice products, you can delay aging. Given below are some tips to avoid wrinkles.

Ø      Avoid going out in the sun without any protection. Avoid Tanning products too, if you can.

Ø      Skin requires moisturizing at all ages. Therefore, drink plenty of water and use a good moisturizer.

Ø      Be careful of the sleeping positions you choose. Constant movement of the face on the pillow causes friction of the skin against the pillow. This leads to the breaking of skin fibers and formation of wrinkles.

Organic Vs Inorganic Wrinkle Creams

When you read a wrinkle cream labeled as organic, it does not mean that it is 100% pure and contains no chemicals. Every cream needs some chemicals to make it last longer. Pure extracts of fruits and vegetables are not used in the formulation of the cream.

However, these creams are much better that creams which are made of chemicals as they cause less damage to the skin. Allergic reactions are far and few but they act slowly on the face as compared to chemical based creams. When you are buying organic wrinkle creams, check the label for ingredients that are natural.
